Attachments of a workflow

Hello,

Is there any way that I can access the IDs of the attachments of a workflow instance? Or the attachment itself.

By the way, how can I debug and workflow event script? I have put a break point in the script and it never stops there and I know for sure that the script was called because I had some echo statements.

Hello,

To get attachments folder id method depends on what information you have as input:

1. If you have work object (i.e in workflow callbacks). Get the packages and from packages find attachemnts package.

Code sample:

RecArray workData
Record  workRecord
workData = $WFMain.WAPIPkg.LoadWorkData( prgCtx, work )
for workRecord in workData
if ( workRecord.TYPE && workRecord.SUBTYPE == 1 )
  wfAttachmentFolderID = workRecord.USERDATA
end
end

2. if you have workid, subworkid - use sql statements

select Data_UserData from WData where Data_Type = 1 AND Data_SubType = 1 AND Data_WorkID = : A1

select Data_UserData from WData where Data_Type = 1 AND Data_SubType = 1 AND Data_WorkID = : A1 AND Data_SubWorkID = : A2

Hi Ricardo,

To debug a workflow script you have to take care that the step is not launched by the workflow agent, and that you can not simply set a breakpoint on the script : you better use scheduler.debugbreak() in your code once you have retrieved the workflow context.
