Is there are any webservice for security clearence.
Depending on the version you are using you can find the API guide on the Knowledge Centre. This guide contains information for both the LAPI and Webservices capabilities. The 10.2 version is accessible here https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll?func=ll&objId=24800979&objAction=browse&viewType=1
We just realized that it’s not as easily understood what is LAPI and what is Web Services in that document - I will log a ticket for that, but for now know that all functions which starts by RMSec are LAPI and all other are webservices.

I think you can find them in the appropriate subfolder of ./webservices/ below the CS installation called les-services-rmsecmanagement(Currently I am not sure where to find the API documentation...)
