Method to downsize documents in Livelink

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if you could help me with the below query.

We are using CS 9.7.0 and looking to downsize all the documents in the application. To clarify, I am looking for a method or a way which can eliminate or delete all the versions from documents retaining only one latest version per document.

We have "Purge all versions except the most recent" function available on every document. But this feature is not available system wide, i.e., in the ot.ini file and admin pages using which all the documents will come down to single version instead of doing it manually for every document.

If you know how to do this in Builder or other way, please do share it with me.

Using Interger intResult = Dapi.PurgeVersions(DAPINODE node, [Integer] numToKeep] )

should solve the purpose.
