[Opentext client administration] Error accesing Enterprise Library services

Hi, I've installed extended ECM for SAP 10.0.0.

From admin cliente I can access content server, archive server, Runtime & core services, directory server... all branch excepting "Enterprise Librasy Server" . It show this errors when accessing:

Error occurs while accessing a Web Service of Enterprise Library: 'The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.'.
The requet failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.

Same error in browser...

rcs.log shows els-service/EnterpriseLibrary is up and running:

you have to check for lines like

2012-06-05 13:15:20,521 ALL [main] otx.servicecontrol : com.opentext.ecm.services.kernel.ServiceController - Set status for service: elservice; service status: RUNNING

Please send the whole rcs.log to stefan.greim@opentext.com and uwe.geisert@opentext.com.

Problem was that Metadata service and Proxy service were installed on the same machine.

Hi Experts,

We are facing the same issue but we have niot installed Proxy services , we only have metadat. Please suggest how to reolve this issue.

To isolate the actual problem, could you please provide an client-side screenshot, error message and server-side log messages?

This seems to be a deployment problem:

2013-12-09 19:25:47,120 ERROR [main] otx.servicecontrol : com.opentext.ecm.services.kernel.ServiceController - Problem initializing service:elservice.....FAILEDcom.opentext.ecm.services.kernel.ServiceDeployException: Unable to get dependend service les-services/DocumentManagement!

According to the log file the DocumentManagement service is started later.

If this problem isn't resolved by restarting the Tomcat, please open a support request at Customer Support.
