Looking for a simple .net program

Hi-

New to WebServices, and would like to see a simple example of a java based application that will be passed a specific docID and update a category (lets call it "TestCat") so that an attribute (lets call it "TestAttribute") will be changed from whatever it was to a string "Hello World".

Thanks... it will help me a long way into figuring out how to do things in the future.

H'mm I have this code that I got from bit and and pieces here it is in C#.The main file was one that Kyle put out there and I just experimented with it.

what I am doing is basically before I create the document I set up the metadata.So if it is a category with 5 attribs and no MVA, expect to pass in 5 attributegroups objects in that weird fashion.The code will work if you create a category with two leaves Name and Job.

if you call updatenode with what values you want you will accomplish what you want.

Unfortunately I did not have time to make the code do it the proper way like ask for the nodecategories on the object and do it properly.Basically seeing the contorted way itself I was happy.

If you come up and refine the cat/att handling then that will be useful or when time permits I will try.

BTW the code and solution is based on LL9..7.1 and the C# IDE is 2010 C# express
