Does anyone have a sample for requesting an XML file from a remote server and then loading it into LL using OScript, I can see the XML WF Ext stuff and the XML package, but wondering if someone has a simple worked example ?
Sadly, the documentation on the WF Extensions package is non-existant, at least to the common person. I believe there's a class where you can get all the documentation, but then again, it seems to be the only module where I have to take a class to learn how it works. If I knew more of its functionality, I'd recommend it more ;-) Give a little to get a little, I think is the operational model here.
BTW--I've always appreciated your web site and documentation you've included there. Just wish you had more up-to-date materials. Any assistance you might need, let me know. I personally would like to see a Cookbook put together, something akin to the Python Cookbook, XML Cookbook, or the slew of other wiki-style areas where users can actually post their lessons learned. StackExchange appears to be the closest thing I've seen, but there's no Open Text/Livelink version.
