We have been releasing Kofax Capture 9.0 scans to CS 9.7.1 for about 18 months and all worked well until 3 days ago, when Kofax began failing to release.
The Kofax logs show the following three errors repeatedly, the first two apparently thrown by the release script module:

9.00.1372, KfxRelease.ReleaseDoc, 0, Error getting the specified object's contents., ,
There were no changes to the LL or Kofax servers, we're using the same Kofax batch, document, export connectors, etc.
It has been suggested that the number of child folders in the workspace we're releasing too has hit a magic number that is more than the release script can scan. It's just a hair over 25,000 folders right now.
This is forcing the people doing the scanning to have to release the batch multiple times to get it into LiveLink, and the problem is getting progressively worse, so if we don't get resolution soon, I expect they will eventually be unable to release at all.
