Hi All,

I would somehow like to create a new submenu under another Global Menu item, may it be a custom created Navigation item / an already existing item it doesn't really matter. The LL Builder guide says to use a '.1' notation.

I do however know how to create a custom Navigation menu but I'm somehow not able to create a sub-menu for the same. The LL builder guide says that the 0 Indicator is for subitems & that it is 'Currently used for function menus only'.

My question is how can I modify the

items.( '11' + .mSectionOne + "Suggestions" + ".0" ) = item_sugg command in the LLNav to be able to add another sub-menu to Suggestions ?

Hello Parmod,

When I wrote that part of the Builder course manual I attempted to do exactly what you are trying to do now. I eventually spoke with the engineer who had written that functionality for the Functions menu and he assured me that he never implemented sub-menus for anything but the Functions menu. To the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed in that respect. However, I haven’t specifically looked for this in v10.

The only alternative I can offer you is to create multiple menus from the tool bar.
