we currently work on a way to prepare the "Audit" entries in Livelink, i.e. to display the "Audit" entries in a way that it can be analyzed in an easy way.
The problem is that in some entries within the Audit only the IDs (DataID, UserID, etc.) are displayed.
For example: Permission Changed ( From Value1 = 130 To Value2 = 49896)
However the aim is to display the e.g. the Username or the Filename instead of the DataID or UserID.
A solution could be to create a sql statement. However the difficulty is to find out if the displayed value is a Dataid, a Userid or something else. So first I have to check what kind of event happend in the audit (e.g. Permissions Changed). Depending on that I search in the tabel DTREE, KUAF, etc. for the ID.
Does anyone have experience with such a sql statement? By the way, is it possible to use PL/SQL in a Live Report? Perhaps that could be a solution.
