Could not get list of ospaces required by...

Hi,

I'm trying to startup my builder with WebReports installed and it won't start. I get this message in the debug window stating:

Could not get list of ospaces required by \compassnewui\module\reportext_10_0_0\ospace\reportext.oll

I have another builder where I'm able to get it loaded and I find in the properties of that ospace that it requires Kernel, WebDsp, WebNode, Report, WebLL, LLIApi, and WebAdmin. I look in my opentext.ini and all these ospaces should be open prior to the module_### indicator in the [Modules] section. Kernel, WebDsp, WebLL, and LLIApi are core ospaces that loaded. Then I have module_22=webnode, module_31=webadmin, and module_39=report. So all of these should have been loaded before reportext. Am I going down the right track or what I am I missing here?

THis sounds eerily familiar.  What I would do is manually remove reportext and webreports from your module section of opentext.ini and try to get that to load.  Most likely one of the ospaces in reportext dependencies is not loading or isn't even present.  Once you have those removed, verify you can still start builder. If you can, the problem is something around reportext. If you can't it was a red herring.
