Livereports capabilities

Hi everybody,

I've been handed a couple requests for reports in a Content Server deployment and I'm not pretty sure that all of them can be fullfilled with livereports (or even webreports).

1st Export to excel (csv could do the trick) Webreports covers this and there's an approach using web queries in excel.

2nd Live report max results. I've seen a 1000 limit in the report template, however some reports could go beyond that. Is there a limit in results?

3rd Filters or user parameters. Is it possible to have AND or OR clauses here? Like for example. User id 11111 OR 222222 OR 333333.

Hi Carlos,

 

The Professional Services module CardFile is able to fulfill all 3 requirements. For the 3 requirement you need to do some extra work to get the input fields displayed, but the handling will be OOTB.
