Error ELS Archive and Storage Services

Hi all,

I have relly a problem, I intented to install the ELS "els10.1.0_win32" to work with Archive Server Storge but in the step MS SQL Parameters don't connect and appears an error.

I hope you can help me.

Hi Obed,

support for MS SQL Server 2008 is described in the Release Notes. Because this database version was

released later than Archive Server 9.7.1, you will need the patch ASV-0971-039 to get the installation working.

Hi Heinz,

I finished the instalation about Archive ans Storage Services 9.7.1 on wndows with SQL Server, but at the moment log on in the Administration Console I can´t acces and it show me an error (attached screen).

some idea?

is there any error message in log-file "rcs.log" of the running "Runtime and Core Service 10.1.0" (<CATALINA_HOME>\logs\rcs.log) ?

Which patch level of R&CS are you using?
