LiveReport listing all elements under a repertoire and their attributes

Hi,

I don't know if somehone can help me. I have to create a LiveReport for Livelink 9.5. This report must give me the list of all the elements (folders, files,...) and also must show for all of them the values of two attributes associated to a custom category applicated on this particular repertoire.

I really don't know how to build my LiveReport.

Hallo

Attributs are storded in 2 Tables. For your propose you need llattrdata

To start it's that

select *
from dtree, llattrdata
where dtree.dataid = llattrdata.id
 and dtree.dataid = 6665697

Than the Problem is, that you have in llattrdata a row for each Attribut (and i think also each Version of it) so you will need to have additial filters. Furthermore the problem is, that the result your intessted in is storedn in different Columns, depending on the datatyp ....

so you will probably end up with something like

select dtree.name
 , dtree.dataid
 , (select VALSTR /*depending on type of Attribut*/
  from llattrdata
  where llattrdata.id = dtree.dataid
   and attrid = 2 /*AttributId*/
   and defid = 5768238 /*CategoryId if mutliple Categories ...*/
 ) as "Value1 (String)"
 , (select VALINT  /*depending on type of Attribut*/
  from llattrdata
  where llattrdata.id = dtree.dataid
   and attrid = 9  /*AttributId*/

and finaly the "Elements under a repoertoire", what i unserstand as subfolder, subelements ....
