You can try this (replace the 13037791 number with the ID of the object for which a subscriptions list is requested):

SELECT DISTINCT A.Name, A.MailAddress, A.Title, B.Kuaf_Id, B.ObjectId FROM Kuaf A, ElinkSubscription B WHERE B.ObjectId=13037791 AND A.Id = B.Kuaf_ID
