Report with folders owned by deleted users

Is there any possibility to have a report to see folders owned by an account which has already been deleted from Livelink?

And the other way around, is there a possibility to have a list which holds the folders owned by an account which has already been deleted?

We have something similar, to search the count of documents owned by someone, but we seem not to be able to select removed accounts (as they don't appear anymore): select count(dataid) "Number of documents" from dtree where (userid=%1) and (subtype=144)

If you already have reports that generate this information for existing users, it shouldn't be too difficult to set up a method to allow you to select deleted users. Here's one possibility (though I haven't tested it myself):

1. Create a LiveReport to list all deleted users:

select * from KUAF where Type=0 and Deleted=1

2. Link the above report to a subreport that generates the information you need, and have the ID of the deleted user pass-thru to the subreport.
