List hidden folders

Hi,

just confirming to list hidden folders we have to check if the DTREE column catalog is 2 then it means its a hidden folder. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Your observation is correct.

DTree.Catalog is a number that governs the way items are displayed. A 0 (zero) means it is a browse view display (i.e. list view), 1 is featured display (i.e. it is a featured item; in older versions of Content Server this was referred to as catalog view thus the name of this column in DTree being called Catalog), and 2 is hidden.

On the subject of featured items, in Content Server 10 they typically show as featured items and in the browse view. To get them to NOT show in the browse view, you can make the following system-wide change: In the Admin pages under Server Configuration, select Configure Presentation link. Click on the very first link called ‘Configure Container Options’. There you will find an option to ‘Remove Featured Items from Browse List’.
