Report on Workflow form data

Hi,

I want to generate one report based on workflow form data.

I have used standard storage mechanism, so when i m trying to fire a query, data is showing in encoded format.

Is ther any way to decode the data or new other alternatives to showcase the workflow form data...

Way back in 2002, I ran a test whereby I created a form template called "Hoang's Template" with 2 fields, "Hoang Name" and Hoang Age". I did not associate a SQL table with this template. Next, I created a workflow that used a form based on this form template and initiated the workflow. I entered "Bhupinder Singh" as the value for the "Hoang Name" field, and "31" as the value for the "Hoang Age" field.

 

After initiating the workflow (which used Livelink WF as the form storage mechanism), I selected all rows from WFForms and WFFormsVersions, and found the form data stored as an assoc. In general, an assoc is very difficult to parse using SQL, so I would recommend using SQL Storage instead for the form data and querying the SQL table associated with the template.
