We have a wierd thing happening to our livelink 9.7.1 environment and we try to identified what caused the issue.
For a couple week we have the Autopurge log increasing very fast. After 1 day, the file is 1GB big after 3 days, the file is 4 GB. We look at the database and there is a lot of object in the recyclebin table that have a parentid not existing in dtree. We look at the dauditnew and seems that the recycle bin container (subtype 3) like the 2011 .. 07 ..09 for exemple, the "09" is delete defore the document inside the "09" is deleted. We have specific dataid that are in the recycle bin table and the parentid not in dtree. Help!!
We had a lot of document to delete and at one point we used the "web services", could it be a bug in the web services. Is there any known issue about deleting with web services? We use the web services to delete a folder and its child including generation.
