Live Report for Inactive Users

Karen_Morley

Looking for a Live Report for Content Server 10 for inactive users with selection of 6 months or 12 months.  Need to locate users who have not logged in for these periods of time.  Need to show username, first name, last name and user create date.  Database is Oracle.    Thanks.

hello Karen,

since you mentioned you need to locate users who have not logged in for certain periods of time you may find these statements helpful to get you started.

Users who have never logged in:

select name, firstname, lastname, id from kuaf where id not in (select distinct(performerID) from dauditnew) and type=0 and deleted=0 order by 1;

Oracle:
/* users who have not logged in for the past 190 days */
select firstname, lastname, name
from kuaf where type = 0 and deleted = 0 and id not in
(select performerid from dauditnew where auditstr = 'lOGIN' and auditdate > current_date - 190)

MSSQL:
/* users who have not logged in for the past 190 days */
select firstname, lastname, name
from kuaf where type = 0 and deleted = 0 and id not in
(select performerid from dauditnew where auditstr = 'lOGIN' and auditdate > getdate() - 190)
