Getting Attachment folder dataid

Hello,

I'm using Webreport views in a LL971 template to start a workflow. After the WF starting I know with [LL_REPTAG_&workid WFINFO:ATTACHMENTFOLDER /] tag I can get the attachment folder id.

But how can I get the same dataid BEFORE the wf is started ? I see the [LL_WFATTURL /] can open the attachment folder before the start, but where it find the relative dataid ?

This is currently not possible with WebReports. I've opened up a feature request ticket (#3825 - Ability to get Workflow attachments folder ID before WF is initiated) to see if we can add this to a future release. I will speak to our development to see if this feasible in a reasonable timeframe and let you know.

The next release/update is currently under development at the moment so we're atleast a couple months away. Hi Guys,

Before a WF is initiated, you still can get the "temp" attachments folder id by query DTREE with the following query:

select dataid from dtree where parentid=LL_MapID and name='Attachments'

You can find LL_MapID from LL_FUNC_VALUES from you view.
