Is there a way to set user urgent notification on an object change through LAPI?
If I didn't miss some functionality addition recently there is no LAPI call for this. You could have a look how InterestsAdd and InterestsReplace from $LLNOTIFY.Utils are used and write your own. Such call has been written to use internally in OT AGA for SP.
