Content Server Error An item with the name [name] already exists

Hi, everyone!

Could anybody help me in solving or undestanding next issue?

Sometimes, during modify route, I 've got next error:

Content Server Error: An item with the name 'name' already exists

Looks like some objects not deleted from Content Server tables.

Check, please, trace log in attach.

Since you have a trace file generated from the action, I recommend opening a support ticket with support@opentext.com and sending in the trace file, along with thread logs (and connect logs, if available). I haven't come across this specific type of trace before.
