report to count number of approval.

I need a report that count the number of approvals. Approval is done using a check box. mM issue is by default the check box has a zero value and this is throwing off my number.

is there any table I need to associate with my table to have an accurate approval count.

If you are speaking about a category or form attribute values, i believe the checkbox is 0/1 integer value. So, the value 1 = checked. you should write your report to count those items where the value = 1.

here is my sql:

SELECT 'PROFFER LETTER SENT'as "Report Name", count(distinct VOLUMEID)as "count" FROM WF_IAI
WHERE PROFFER_LETTER_SENT_Ev2='1'

My result is way off because I know that I only check the PROFFER_LETTER_SENT_Ev2 only twice or 3 times.

It seems to me that the report is only count the exact number of volume ID.

Ah! Workflow Form with Versioning...try adding the following to your query:

and VersionNum=-1

-1 is always the latest set of values in your form data.
