How to Customize Livelink Help Pages?

We are looking at customizing the contents of the "Help" menu that exists in Livelink (9.7.1) to contain some organizational content.  I have been told that it's easy to do, but our technical team does not know how.  Can someone provide instructions or step-by-steps?
