iIs there a way to have a report that you can tell when a folder was view, read, see etc and the name of the user who has viewed, read or seen the folder?
Easiest way is to you the Audit Log Query functions in the Admin Pages

if you are looking for a report to tell you when a folder or object was accessed, what the operation was and who accessed it then as Walt mentioned you can use the query options against the audit log.
OR
are you asking for a report that will tell you what permissions are on an object and/or who has what permissions on an object?
Here’s an LR that you’ll have to setup to prompt for the Date (or remove it) and the Object to select by browsing.
It displays a fair amount of information strictly for a single object out of the DAUDITNEW.

No, the question is who access the file/folder and when. I'll try the query below and see what i'll get.

Colin,
Would you have a copy of your Object Audit report that is compatible with SQL -- ?
The LiveReport with SQL server does not like the " to_char " function.
I receive the following when executing your report " Livelink Error: Error processing request.
[[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]'to_char' is not a recognized built-in function name. "
Thank you,
Chad Latka
Hi :
Use cast instead..
something like this will work.
Cast(DAuditNew.AUDITDATE as Date)
Thanks,
Mukesh Giri
That was another option I saw. Worked?
