Dear Livelink Super Users

I urgently need help. I currently need a help on getting report for workflow for the entire livelink instance.

Possible information that we are looking for:

Title or reference name of the workflow
The LiveLink path where the workflow resides
Who created or owns the workflow
How many steps or processes are involved in the workflow

For each workflow, how many instances are open, in-progress and closed.

Is this possible ? Pls advise ... I am using Toad to generate reports.

It’s all possible. You just have to know where to get that information and how. The number of steps involved can be interpreted one way or another. It’ll give you an idea of how large it is, but if it’s broken down into SubWFs, that’ll be misleading. Conditional statements and choices made will determine what or how many steps get executed and whether there’re loops within.

There are Tables and Views you can find these things in. Views will have key information in there that’ll help prevent you from going off to another table. Check them out first: WAUDITTRAIL & WEBACTIVEWORK.

WMAP will have the DataID in it that will get you to the DTREE to determine who created the WF (not who initiated it).

WMAPTASK may be the place to count the Tasks, in total.

WWORKAUDIT will contain, in chronological order, the steps that have executed, regardless of loops or not, subWFs or not.

Attached is a LR that will list, in a fair amount of detail, all of the executions of a single WF and any SubWF within. Not what you’re wanting, but you’ll be able to see where I get information from.

I've came up with the query as below, does produce results
