Hi.
We`ve started MS SQL profiler and discovered a lot of deadlocks of system tables LLCache and DFacetCahe. Is it normal situation?

Hi Eugene, Do you have read_committed_snapshot enabled? Kyle
We have turned on ALLOW_SNAPSHOT_ISOLATION ON and TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL SNAPSHOT and got significant performance degradation of SQL queries to db.
Eugene
When CS creates a new database now (after CS10U8), the following is the only setting that is changed:
ALTER DATABASE DatabaseName SET READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT ON
You do not need the transaction isolation setting, that is probably accounting for the performance drop. Turn off the “TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL SNAPSHOT” and verify the performance
