Hi,
We have a colleague who has lost their custom appearance in CS10. They have the same group settings as other collegues who have an appearance set by the group they are in.
When replicating the set up in a test environment everything seems to be in order but this one colleague still does not have the appearance? What other factors could be at play here? They are not in any other groups with appearances set against them and have the same security settings and privilages.
