Livereport on old documents

We are running Livelink version 9.7.1 on MSSQL and I am looking for help on creating a livereport that will give me a list of documents that that were created over 3 years ago and have not been modifed in the past 3 years and have not been opened/viewed in the past 3 years, the document location (this could be something as simple as the parent folder but ideally the full path would be more useful) and who created them.

Is this possible and if so any help to get this would be appreciated.

You would get this from two places: DTREE.ModifyDate and DAUDITNEW where you can find the Audit logs where an Object was last Viewed or Fetched or Edited (Auditid = 14 <Fetched>; Auditid = 25 <Edited>; Auditid = 26 <Viewed>)

 

You could start with one report as to whether an object hadn’t been modified in 3 years by just using the DTREE (no other table access).  The other part(Fetched, Viewed) would scan through the DAUDITNEW table and depending upon the extent of your logging, that could be a lengthy run.

 

Dtree.dataid = dauditnew.dataid

 

Path-wise, MSSQL??….we’re in Oracle.  If there is a facility in MsSQL, as there is in Oracle, it will have the same issue Oracle has when an Object is within a Project.  The relationship changes once inside a Project.  You could try using DTREEANCESTORS.
