Hi,
I need to keep track of the documents that are deleted. Is there any standard event from the API or table that we we use to retrieve this?
Regards,
Pablo
Hi Pablo,
The DAuditNew database table stores the audit information.
I think AuditID=2 means “Deleted”.

Hi.
The RM module also keeps a special audit of deleted ‘managed objects’. You specify which sub-types can be under RM control in the Managed Objects page of the RM Administrative setting. Therefore if you set a Document subtype (144) to be ‘managed’, then the information about the documents will be stored in the RM Delete Audit tables when it’s deleted (regardless of whether it had an RM Classification or not, and regardless of how it was deleted).
If you have RM installed, you can find this information in the RM_DeleteAudit table.
