Search URL

I am using the following search URL to locate, and automatically download, a document in the system, typically there will only be one doucment found when using this search string, however the are some instances where there will be two documents that meet the search criteria, my question is, what can I add to the search URL to grab the doucment with the most current modified date (or create date)... Here is the URL:

func=search&lookfor1=complexquery&where1=("Attr_173899_2":"347317")&boolean2=and&where2=("Attr_173899_5":"Cleaning Certificates")&boolean3=and&where3=("OTSubType":"144")&stylesheet=xsl/MSDS_Download.xsl&outputformat=xml&autodownload=true

In a CS10 SP2 system I tried a similar one and getting some results

?func=search&lookfor1=complexquery&where1=("Attr_5843_2":"appu")&boolean2=and&where2=("OTModifyDate":">20130511")

If you put serachlogs=true and create a GUI advanced query you can see that in search logs SQL Good info .I  beleive Patrick Pidduck or Kyle Swidrowich mentioned  this trick.

I also love the way the new advanced search gui builds and shows you the syntax.If you run your sercah in the URL and while the browser is on that swich to advanced search
