Is there Content Web Service to Create Project (Type) Nodes

The CWS DocumentManagement service has CreateNode but I was not able to get it to, using JAXWS, to create a Project node. Received the following fault message "Invalid Project Status specified." Is there a schema somewhere defining the required values/structure? Retirevine (i.e. GetNode) a Project node, did provide an example/clue to a missing Project Status property or any other typicall Project properties/attributes.

Is it possible to use CreateNode method to create a Project objects? Is there another method (couldn't find it in DocMan)? Is there a seperate service for Project objects?
