ContentService.downloadcontent failed after 2 open documents

We have a .net 4 winform apps using web services for CS 2010. We succeed to authenticate connecting https  with and  browsethe enterpise workspace with no problem. We have an issue when we try to open word or powerpoint document using "ContentService.DownloadContent".  We can succeed to open a file (20k) 1,2 times the same files and suddenly on the third try it will failed. Kind of waiting for a timeout or so. It is not a size issue because we are able to open a powerpoint of 4MB 6 time in a row ???

WE are using CS 2010 SP2 update 11

 

Anyone with a hint or idea???

We resolved the issue but we don't know why it had that behavior. Here what we did

 We were opening 2 'Stream' object. One to received the file from CS10 and one because we need to save it locally. We were connecing to the web services (https) to browse the structure to select a document (using documentmanagement services) then downloading it using ContentService and saving it to a lacal documents. after 2 downloads it was failing. We realized we were not closing the 'stream' object, the one we were downloading from CS10. To resolve the issue we just did: "Document.close()

 The question remaining is why after 2 downloads? and why it was working when fiddler was running?
