Limit report data returned

I know I saw how to do this some where, but I cannot find it.

I have some reports set up for client areas.  We want to make sure if someone is accidently given access to the report area and they run a report that they are only returned that which they have access to.  How do I add that type of check to my LiveReport?

Hi Donna,

 

Assuming your report is for objects in the document model (that is, selecting from DTree), then add a parameter “filter permissions” to your query.

Check one of the delivered reports to see a working example of how this is used, such as  “25 largest documents”.
