SQL query help to find the list of documents under one of parent folder

Hi All,

I want to write a SQL query to find the list of documents under one of parent folder and which contains Mimetype = 'application/octet-stream'.

Parent folder may have multiple sub folders.

You would need to use the DTREE and DVERSDATA, at the very minimum. The DVERSDATA has the MIMETYPE. The query for the immediate contents under a folder, excluding additional subfolders, would be very simple.

If you wanted to search for all Objects with that MIMETYPE, it'd be about as simple.

Is this Oracle?

I am using SQL and i want to include all sub folders also,

Here are two variations within Oracle. I don't know any functions within SQL to accomplish the same in Oracle for sub-folder navigation. One option outside of a SQL function is to use the DTREEANCESTORS table.

But as shown in the Oracle SQL, the link from DTREE to DVERSDATA is the same for SQL.
