I want a Livereport to list the documents that have been deleted in last three months along with the user details who deleted it.

Please let me know, its very urgent.

If you login as Admin and go to the Personal menu, Reports, and click the LiveReports tab, there is a pre-built report called “Deleted documents by [User]” you can run.

That would depend on whether you have installed (and how you have configured) one of the following modules…

Document Undelete

Recycle Bin

They might be configured to place the item being deleted into another volume

Undelete Workspace

Recycle Bin / <year> / <month> / <daynumber>

If a given item is still in that appropriate location, then it can be restored.

They may not be there because both modules have a cleanup feature which might be set to finally delete items when they have been there for a configured number of days.

This will commonly be set to 7 days or 30 days.

Otherwise you are looking at restoring from a full backup (DB and filesystem) of your instance from a time when they still existed.

If you have identified these documents by finding a Delete audit event, then that will be the final delete from the Undelete Workspace or Recycle Bin (or a delete when the module was not configured).

The ‘delete’ audit would tell you when the irrevocable final delete occurred.

It doesn't matter whether you have any Delete/Undelete module, you can do it through the DAUDITNEW table. This will return lists of deleted Documents-only.

select da.eventid, da.auditdate, da.performerid, k.name, k.firstname||' '||k.lastname "FullName", da.dataid, da.value2 "Document", da.value1 "Path"
