RM WebService's wsdl gives 404 error

I am successfully able to use the content serever webservices, deployed under Apache Tomcat.

http://servername:8080/les-services/services/ContentService?wsdl

Now I need to use Records Management webservice, for which I copied the

C:\OPENTEXT\webservices\java\core-services\les-services-recordsmanagement.war to

C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps

and then restarted Apacha tomcat service also tried restarting the server, but the below URL does not work

http://servername:8080/les-services-recordsmanagement/services/RecordsManagement?wsdl

Is there anything which needs to be done? I need to make use of RMMarkOffical method

When you moved the war file over, did it create the appropriate 'les-services-recordsmanagement' directory under the webapps directory? If it didn't, the application didn't deploy properly which is why you'd be getting the error.

All that being said, I'm curious if anyone has managed to serve the Rec Man and classifications services in Apache under the les-services path rather than les-services-recordsmanagement or les-services-classifications. In IIS it's straightforward (you just move the .svc file and the appropriate DLL and you're done), but I'm not sure what you do in an Apache environment.

What versions of the Content Server and RM module do you have? It could be that the RM web service can't be deployed because of some library files can't be loaded ( those files could be seen in the tomcat log file (e.g. [Tomcat home folder]/logs/localhost.[yyyy-mm-dd].log]).

It's possible to deploy RM and Classifications Web Services under the core les-services - theirs jar files should be copied into the les-services "lib" folder, the whole wsdl folders content shoudl be copied into the core's "wsdl" folder, and the "sun-jaxws.xml" for the les-services should be modified - the endpoint elements from RM and Classifications sun-jaxws.xml files should be added to it.
