You need the appropriate Builder for your update level.

I'm on Content Server 10 Update 11.

Could you please provide me the download link for CS 10 Builder. I will apply the appropriate patch.

Builder can be located from the main page as follows:

“Content Server SDK” under the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) section

I already checked that location before posting it on the forum. It does not give me any download link when I click on Software Downloads.

If you do not have permission to download the SDK, then the links will not appear. Perhaps your account is not authorized to access the SDK based on the paid-maintenance products associated with the account. I would recommend contacting support@opentext.com to have this investigated.
