Suspended workflow instance.

I have encountered a problem where a workflow instance has been suspended at a form step and we are now unable to complete and archive it. Despite re-assigning the instance to myself it doesn't appear in my 'assignments' list.

Is there a way to force the completion of a workflow?

The correct way is for you to ask a support team member of  OT to correct the problems ,why would not the GUI not allow to make it come out of a suspended instance.They will most certainly run some direct SQL in your livelink database many times sometimes a debug patch .Now if you were a little adventurous....

The above document has some queries on statuses of W tables like WWORK and so on so I would really look at and see if the thing would go away if the main status

remained in a un suspended state.One of the first things to do in a difficult workflow is to check if wlock table has the offending workflow dataid and try to relieve it and so on. I would certainly not try to mess/muck around the livelink schema if this was a real production instance and a controlled instance like esign stuff.
