Content Server Error

Hi;

We installed Enterprise Library Server and we followed the guide ( Installation Guide LLESCOR100010-IGD-EN-
Rev.: 2013-Mar-01).

At point 7.1 we login with administrator pass (csadmin) OK and Admin user pass (livelink), but when try to login in second time with same pass (csadmin) we obtain this error:

Content Server Error:

[Unable to establish a program session.]

We need unlock this point asap.

Hello,

I understand this is installation of Content Server 10 SP2 Plus Update 10, initial configuration with setup of Oracle database.

From the given information it’s not possible to tell what’s wrong and how to fix it.

Please open a ticket with OpenText Customer Support.

Thanks for you response. Yes we install Content Server 10 SP2 Plus Update 10 and we start the configuration (To create a new Oracle database)

On first place we logon with Administrator user with default pass (csadmin), but second time we don´t logon with this pass. And we don´t continue configuration.
