hi how can i come to know the usage of content server on an hourly basic through live reports

By counting the "Creates" (auditid = 1) and the "Add Version" (auditid = 11). You would join to the DVERSDATA table to get the bytes of the document just added.

You can also run the following code every so often to see the change in data growth. It came with some help from OT support a few years ago. You'll have to modify it a tiny bit to change it for your Volume IDs.
