How to set a reference to a node?

I tried searching for the right method, but I can't find it. I am using .NET.

Can someone write down an example how to reference a node. Thx.

If is is X-References as they do in RM many times perhaps it may ahve a method

One way to get good answers is to tell the forum what you would do using the GUI to create a reference.Most of the things you do with the API is possible to do with the GUI.
