Physical Object WebService to move Physical object

My requirements are

1. To move the Physical Object from one folder to another

2. Read attribute from Properties - Specific

3. Updating attributes Properties - Record Details

I am looking for specific method to impliment this requirements and also if any article about Physical Object Web service, which tells number of avaiilable methods.
