Create Email Folder or Media Folder in Personnal Workspace via WS?

How I can create Email folder(OTSubFolder :751) or Media folder(OTSubFolder : 30023) into the personal Workspace via WS?

I use .Net 4.0 with C#

Yes and no. we were loking to be able to create those object using the web services in the ersonnal workspace but after discussion with OT the confirm those 2 type of object are not available thru Content server web services unless we install/deploy "Enterprise library"
