Fault Exception in Livelink Search Query - "You are not allowed to modify the 'outputformat'"

Hi,

I am getting this fault exception when I try to do a simple search using Livelink Search API by setting outputformat = xml. The same query works if I remove the highlighted portion.

lookfor1=complexquery&within1=all&outputformat=xml&hhterms=true&where1=test

I'd appreciate any help as to where this error might come from. Let me know if there is a different forum for such questions.

You should post it to “search & indexing” forum.That is the right place.Hit Highlighting requires more work on the servers and may be the reason why it is not working.

Will you be able to return the values of the hit highlighting in your app?
