Hi All,

 

I am getting following error when trying to execute a live report : any clues on this issue please..

Server did not respond

Content Server did not respond, or sent a document that contained no data.
Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your Content Server administrator.

Hello Madhavi,

When you get this error, you will find trace logs generated in OpenText logs folder. You need to study those logs to identify the issue or you can post those logs.
