Number of uploads per day, by user

Hi all,

Does anyone have a report that would pull out the number of documents uploaded (either new Adds or Add Versions) by each user? Specifically, we want a list of all users that have uploaded more than 20 documents in a day in the past 30 days.

You could run a report on the audit table this will give you the add versions and add for a specific day

This does it for all time....in Oracle.

I thought the script did that. It limited it to 20+ and the Users and the Day. If a User didn't surpass the limit on any day, they don't show for that day. If they never did ever, they'd never show.

Averaging is a DB function that can be done within the same script. Averaging per User or just overall average per day?

I've played with this off and on, and it should be easy. I've written SQL using those functions, but it's not working for me.

Hi Colin, That's great, thanks very much. I was able to modify the query to look at a specific time period so that solves half my problem. Right now I can pull out an aggregate total for uploads over x days. But what we really want is a list of users that have breached a particular threshold of upload per day. Any ideas there? Alternatively, is there a way to look at daily average uploads vs doing a total count? Matt
