LLTree sample site - Core.login error while running this service

Hi,

I am getting an error "Core.Login failed" while running the LLTreeView sample, I have hosted the web services on my IIS 7.5.

Do I need to take care of something with my visual studio or IIS site setting in order to overcome this issue, please suggest.

Just for your information that I am able to get the token using the below console based program, I am unable to authenticate while executing LLTree sample. Thanks

Can you provide some more information?

Have you tried debugging the LLTreeView sample to see what the differences are when you are trying to authenticate with it versus your simple console app that works just fine?

What is the error you got? Did you change the url endpoint?

Hi there,

Thanks for your response, only difference I am seeing is the authentication dialog box that says CWS Authentication and asking to enter user credentials. I am passing the same credentials that I am using with normal console program. I am consuming the same authentication service in both the cases, web.config parameters like host and port are updated as well.

However there are two types authentications in our OT environment.

1. windows SSO where users synchronized by content server directory synchronization rules from AD.

2. Internal users created with content server (**I am passing these credentials to authenticate**)

The error comes where authentication happens (title of error dialog box is Core.Loginfailed but no error in the body)
