Hello, I have a problem when I create a document, I am returned this exception:

Can you add the same document via the UI?(I ask because you posted in the Content Web Services Forum so I assume you try to create the document by means of CWS.)The first part of the error message is just a generic message, the second emerges from the Archive Storage Provider.Apparently the document to be uploaded falls under a Storage Rule which caused Content Server to store the document's content in a Storage Provider of type Archive Storage Provider.And this one had trouble to create/store the content at the Archive Server.The logs (Content Server: "thread..out", and "easp_dsh.log" - if enabled, Archive Server: "as.log" or "rcs.log" - depends on version) and/or the error details (when attempted by the UI) should provide some more information.

One more Clue:

If you have clustered Archive Servers, make sure that these servers "never have “Un-synchronized Clocks”." Clocks on both servers should match.
