Cannot login at Administration Client 10.1.1

Hi,

 

Recently, I installed Archive Server 10.1.1 ( prerequisites, el10.2.1upd2_win64.iso and latest patches ) on Windows Server 2008 R2 according the documentation. See attached picture.
I can login via dsClient with the dsadmin account, but the sign-in via the Administration Client gives error "The operation has timed out".

The rcs.log file shows:

Probably, I missed some configuration.

How can I fix this?
